Inspired by the spirit of Lisboa — the Portuguese name for Lisbon, a city shaped by travelers, cultures, conversation, and the gathering of people around the table — these weekly prix fixe dinners are designed to create connection through food and shared experience.
Created especially for the employees of Big Sky Resort living in employee housing, our weekly prix fixe dinners are designed to bring people together around thoughtfully prepared food inspired by cuisines from around the world. Each week features a completely new menu, carefully curated around a different region, season, or culinary tradition.
One week may transport you to the coast of Portugal with bright seafood, citrus, and olive oil, while another may explore the comforting flavors of Italy, the vibrant spices of Morocco, the street food culture of Thailand, or the rustic warmth of the French countryside. Every menu is crafted as a full dining experience with multiple courses and fresh seasonal ingredients.
More than just dinner, these evenings are meant to offer a pause from the busy pace of resort life — a chance to gather with friends, meet new people, enjoy incredible food, and experience something special without leaving the mountain.
Because each menu is prepared in limited quantities and ingredients are sourced specifically for that week’s experience, all meals must be pre-ordered no later than five days before the scheduled dinner date.
